Ron’s professional approach to recruiting, reputation for integrity and international association with the food industry facilitates the timely identification, evaluation and selection of executive level personnel.

A professional member of the Institute of Food Technologists and Research Chefs Association, Ron brings to RightSource, Inc, excellent skills in the overall management of a service-oriented business; strong knowledge of the companies that compose the food ingredients/processing industry; and ‘hands-on’ experience in Operations Management, Human Resources and Quality Assurance.

Prior to starting RightSource, Inc., Ron received a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene (Environmental Engineering) with Chemistry minor from Indiana State University and worked for several years in both operations and administrative management capacities with a Fortune 500 cereal and bakery processing company.
