DIRECTOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

BS Technical, MBA preferred. Will direct commercial development Health and Nutritional Ingredients division including strategies and tactics to define and deliver profitability for product line by managing the existing portfolio and developing new ingredients, applications and solutions. Will have P&L responsibility as well as product management, project management, regulatory oversight and sales management responsibility. Position has been created due to growth and acquisition in this global ingredients processor. Experienced in commercializing new food or pharmaceutical ingredients is strongly preferred. Midwest based. 

SALARY TO $150K PLUS BONUS AND RELOCATION.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER-CONFECTION INGREDIENTS

BS Technical, MBA preferred. Will lead projects within the new product and market development pipelines for the confectionery market sector. Will develop product value propositions and direct company resources to achieve commercialization of companies applicable food ingredient lines. Company is a global supplier of value-added and custom ingredients to food, beverage and pharmaceutical processors. Position has been created due to growth and acquisition. Midwest based.

SALARY TO $135K PLUS BONUS AND RELOCATION EXPENSES.

NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER-TEXAS

BS Technical preferred. 8-10 previous ingredients sales experience, with at least 3 years calling at the national account level. Will represent a line of sweet ingredients to key accounts such as Dean Foods and HEB. Must be located in or near a major Texas city. Position has be created due to retirement. Reports to Director Sales & Marketing of this global food ingredients supplier.

SALARY TO $120K PLUS BONUS AND RELOCATION IF NEEDED.
 

WESTERN SALES REPRESENTATIVE-SPECIALTY INGREDIENTS

Prefer a technical degree and 3-8 years ingredients sales or technical service experience. Will travel 50% in the Western US calling on beverage, food and pharmaceutical processors. Position has been created due to acquisition and growth. Company is a US based, global ingredients processor.

SALARY TO $100K PLUS BONUS, HOME OFFICE, CAR AND BENEFITS.

FOOD TECHNOLOGIST (2 POSITIONS)

Prefer a technical degree with at 4-10 years product development experience related to yogurt, yogurt fruit, ice cream and/or ice cream inclusions. Will perform new ingredient formulations and product applications related to yogurt fruit and ice cream inclusions for this global food and ingredients processor. Position is available due to growth. Midwest based. Reports to division Technical Director.

SALARY TO $65-$90K PLUS BONUS AND RELOCATION.

FOOD TECHNOLOGIST-BAKING

Prefer a technical degree and 5-10 years baking product development experience. Will perform new product development, product duplication/matching related to flatbreads and ethnic baked products. Prefer a creative, well organized, solutions oriented candidate. Position is available due to company growth and expansion. Midwest based. Company is a high quality, family held organization with sales approaching $100M annually.

SALARY TO $65-$90K PLUS RELOCATION.
